Dear Valued Participant,
Here at First Aid Training Phuket (Head office Chang Divers Co.,Ltd) we value your business and we try to do our utmost to make sure you have the very best training experience possible.
We understand that there may be times that courses may need to be cancelled or rescheduled so we have a very flexible cancellation policy as below:
For First Aid Training Courses & Workshops
- If you cancel or re-schedule your course or workshop within 24 hours, we will not charge you anything for workshop cancellations and will only charge you for First Aid course materials that have been allocated for pre-study and already paid for to Emergency First Response.
- If you cancel after 4pm the day before the course or workshop or you do not show up for whatever reason, you will be charged in full for each participant
- Administration fees of 1000THB will be deducted from payments made for multiple day courses and for materials that may have been printed such as certificates, worksheets and workbooks.
Payment Terms
A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings with the outstanding balance payable on the day of training.
By making a booking with us, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy outlined above.
